Comprehensive, not very intuitive
What do you like best? Lots of features- the ability to add many different components to your event or registration. You can do a detailed flow with conditional components. Testing your form is easy. What do you dislike? It’s not super intuitive, and the categories have weird names that didn’t exactly match up with what I was thinking if. Happy with the software, most issues where user errors
What do you like best? Great that its a universal software that sends to employees and customers as long as they are in the system already. What do you dislike? Had some issues moving appointments. If something was already sent to our VP and customer, if we tried to move the appointment to a different time, it would say the customer wasn't available. Great conferencing software
What do you like best? its very user friendly. there are a number of features that are very helpful like reports, certificates, data bases, name tags. What do you dislike? reports are sometimes hard to determine which one i really need. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This assists me in many ways for our meeting from food counts to printing certificates of participation.

What do you like best? The new interface for CVENT is very intuitive and user friendly. What do you dislike? The registration receipt for events is no longer easy to copy paste into our database. The old receipt system for events was far better for data entry. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lots of bells and whistles but you really need to know your stuff with design.
What do you like best? The on site badge scan functionality is a huge time saver. The registration process allows for a variety of sessions and items for sale. What do you dislike? Creating a registration in the new Flex environment is not totally intuitive but I made it work. Knowing something about web design would be helpful. What do you like best? I enjoy the ability to customize an event's registration to best fit our needs. It makes each event feel supported even though they are for different audiences and recipients. We used Cvent for a region function back in the spring with success.
What do you like best? Online purchasing of tickets for a food event for our region. What do you dislike? The reporting was hard to use and it kept losing connection at the event. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? To make the convenience of online ticket purchasing as easy as possible. Most online purchasers were happy with the service.

Cvent is a user-friendly option for events
What do you like best? Cvent allows you to sort your data multiple ways. What do you dislike? Some data is not easily found and some types of sorts that we find helpful were not available. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use this to seat our own events. It is a viable option for this.
