Terriable service, snake oil sales practice

What do you like best? nothing, they sold us a bill of goods, couldn't wait to get out of the contract. What do you dislike? Before purchasing we went in depth time and again what we needed the application to do for us, and we were shown flashy sites saying that they can do what we need, and we purchased the level they said would do everything. What do you like best? Cvent is a huge help in planning our events from start to finish. What do you dislike? The hotel requests could be easier to navigate and it seems like some features that should be included are an additional cost. What problems are you solving with the product? Easy to use event builder

What do you like best? All in one system. We don't need multiple sites/systems for our event. What do you dislike? Not all functions are working yet on Flex. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One spot to store all of our contacts. We are more organized.

Expensive but Worthwhile

What do you like best? CVENT does a great job of putting everything you need for event management in one easy to find place. They allow for customizable websites for attendee use, as well as a back end database that houses more than enough information and detail to make registration for your guests and attendees a breeze. Cvent is a user-friendly option for events

What do you like best? Cvent allows you to sort your data multiple ways. What do you dislike? Some data is not easily found and some types of sorts that we find helpful were not available. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use this to seat our own events. It is a viable option for this.

It's a excellent software to build all Event and Management

What do you like best? Collecting all information in one point. I meant, it is very simple to build and pull a reports/data for every events. What do you dislike? Not any specific to dislike in Cvent so I just ignorint. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are building/creating websites and sending evites for our client. Definitely, it is one of the best software while comparing Oracle Eloqua.

What do you like best? I love how it makes the process of planning a meeting so seamless. Everything you need in one location. Comprehensive and thorough. What do you dislike? It takes a lot to learn the ins and outs of Cvent and how to maneuver the software. Learning a new event platform has been relatively easy

What do you like best? Once you learn how things are labeled, the dashboard is easy to use. I especially like being able to clone prior events. What do you dislike? Formatting photos for the Summary pages is not intuitive. As a novice in that area, it would be helpful if there was something that indicated when you click on it the preferred size.
