Great and easy to use!

What do you like best? The upsides are a quick registration and very time effective reporting. What do you dislike? Nothing! I would recommend no matter how many or few employees are involved. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use as a planning device. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Much quicker and easy to use and understand.

What do you like best? The intuitive nature of the product. It was very easy to grasp. What do you dislike? Having trouble thinking of something. I think my only dissatisfaction was when we had a few software issues, but those were immediately resolved when we reached out to customer support. Easy to Manage your Event Registration

What do you like best? The registration website feature is great and has many user-friendly options What do you dislike? Extracting reports of registrants can be difficult because you need to re-arrange the columns in the excel document everytime you pull it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Have a feature on c-vent that has live updates of registrants like google form does - it translates into a live google sheet so we don't have to keep pulling a moment ...

Learning a new event platform has been relatively easy

What do you like best? Once you learn how things are labeled, the dashboard is easy to use. I especially like being able to clone prior events. What do you dislike? Formatting photos for the Summary pages is not intuitive. As a novice in that area, it would be helpful if there was something that indicated when you click on it the preferred size. What do you like best? I love how it makes the process of planning a meeting so seamless. Everything you need in one location. Comprehensive and thorough. What do you dislike? It takes a lot to learn the ins and outs of Cvent and how to maneuver the software. Cvent and Salesforce

What do you like best? User interface for event creation. Integration with our Salesforce so we have visibility in both systems. What do you dislike? cost is difficult for our YOY growth. Some users have a difficult time since they are not in cvent all the time. A big issue is the need to add a 3rd payment gateway and reconciliation process. CVENT- Necessary tool for meeting planners

What do you like best? I like the ease of use of CVENT. It's very user freindly What do you dislike? It is user friendly, but there are times where it can be a little challenging. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving issues in terms of registration and capturing questions to ask attendees. We love using CVENT as a team. It's a great resource to prepare for events.

Cvent worked well for our convention

What do you like best? I appreciated that all of our team could login and access guest registration information, take payments and process refunds. What do you dislike? It didn't feel inherent to view capacity for wait lists What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to run our convention and reverse expo through Cvent, thus bringing together companies from within our association.

We've had some issues to work around with Webinar integration and pulling accurate data, but have worked around to figure out a solution What problems are you solving with the product?
