Interface is accessible to all levels of users.
Integrates with external tech stacks via open APIs.
Manages events from sourcing and budgeting through to reporting in a single platform.
Limited custom features, which may be restrictive for users needing more control.
Complex setup and navigation initially, especially without proper guidance or support.

Organized Tool with the Best Customer Service!
What do you like best? The best part of Cvent is the customer service and help tools! No matter how complex the issue or question that I have is, the customer service representative is always able to help me navigate the back-end of my event to ensure that the front-end looks and feels the way that I want. All of the representatives are equally knowledgeable about the technical aspects of Cvent and are positive in their attitudes and demeanors! What do you dislike? Before the latest ...

Comprehensive, not very intuitive
What do you like best? Lots of features- the ability to add many different components to your event or registration. You can do a detailed flow with conditional components. Testing your form is easy. What do you dislike? It’s not super intuitive, and the categories have weird names that didn’t exactly match up with what I was thinking if. Example: building a registration for an event and had to have lots of help and explanations of how to add activities and categories because they ...

Cvent and Salesforce
What do you like best? User interface for event creation. Integration with our Salesforce so we have visibility in both systems. What do you dislike? cost is difficult for our YOY growth. Some users have a difficult time since they are not in cvent all the time. A big issue is the need to add a 3rd payment gateway and reconciliation process. AKA - not all services we use have an active integration with cvent. Recommendations to others considering the product: Cost and scale ...

Happy with the software, most issues where user errors
What do you like best? Great that its a universal software that sends to employees and customers as long as they are in the system already. What do you dislike? Had some issues moving appointments. If something was already sent to our VP and customer, if we tried to move the appointment to a different time, it would say the customer wasn't available. We started cancelling the first appointment and rebooking the whole thing at the new time we needed What problems are you solving ...
