Cvent has made my transition into the industry a smooth one.

What do you like best? Cvent is so user friendly and very easy to navigate. When sourcing to several cities, states, and even countries Cvent is very helpful in the way of keeping everything organized. Great software - Excellent customer service

What do you like best? Getting started with Cvent was a simple process. Once you learn the way the system works, it's wonderful to work within. Each time I had a thought like "wouldn't it be cool if it did xyz", I found where that feature was. From small events to large conferences, Cvent's suite of products takes a lot of the hard work out of the planning process. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It allows me to create any type of event, any size, and is configurable to anything we want to do. What do you dislike? It can be tricky to learn at first, I spent significant time on the phone with support. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Its a very comprehensive SaaS, that can really be the event managers best buddy. From CRM to Invitations, Registration sites, Participant tracking, On arrival event App, Certificate issuance and post surveys. What is not to like? What do you like best? What I like best about CVent is how user friendly it is. Tech tours are also helpful in demonstrating on-site solutions. What do you dislike? I dislike that there are some things we would like to do in Cvent that aren't possible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time saving and easier on-site registration/check-in.

The software isn't bad, do not believe the lies during the sale process.

What do you like best? The promises made during the sale process. We were told we couldn't demo the integration and now we know why, it isn't complete. We didn't find out until we purchased and went through the setup. What do you dislike? The main selling feature was integration, the Salesforce Integration is incomplete and doesn't deliver the functionality promised. What do you like best? I like the fact that its very easy to use. I recently tried Flex and it was pretty simple to navigate. I love all the flexibility i get with cvent. It is a great tool for small to large scale events. It also helps in calculating ROI.
