Great for those registering, not so great for website creation.

What do you like best? The user's end works well, making it easy for them to register for our events. What do you dislike? The back end for the website creator is not very intuitive. You usually have at least three places to go to just get one thing done.Functionality is especially frustrating considering the price. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The knowledge base has been invaluable for me in creating our event site.

Broken, but the best option

What do you like best? Cvent is easily the most robust option for companies looking to host a larger event. Cvent features website development, registration and payments, apps, on-premise scanning, and more. What do you dislike? Cvent support is messy, slow, and disorganized. Very thorough, but complex

What do you like best? The venue resourcing tool was very easy and helpful. What do you dislike? It took a very long time to build a page, even when copying from a previous event. It's not the most user friendly, and can be learned, but some items are really hard to locate. Not for smaller events but helpful for organization

What do you like best? I enjoy that it gave me an organized flow for my event and that it was easy to go in and edit things once I understood the lingo and the process. It helped to organize a process that was orignially done by hand, on paper. What do you dislike? I don't like the look of the registration from the registration end, and I don't like how complicated everything is. It's very very hard to learn, there's a lot of Cvent lingo to pick up, and it's hard to navigate ...

Needs improvement

What do you like best? this platform works for a very large conference with lots of different optoins What do you dislike? That we can't have a 2 page 2 click checkout the user-experience for both the person creating the event and the end user is a disaster What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It connects with Salesforce. But so do a lot of other platforms. so this doesn't make it stand up to solving problems.

What do you like best? What I like best about CVent is how user friendly it is. Tech tours are also helpful in demonstrating on-site solutions. What do you dislike? I dislike that there are some things we would like to do in Cvent that aren't possible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time saving and easier on-site registration/check-in.

The software isn't bad, do not believe the lies during the sale process.

What do you like best? The promises made during the sale process. We were told we couldn't demo the integration and now we know why, it isn't complete. We didn't find out until we purchased and went through the setup. What do you dislike? The main selling feature was integration, the Salesforce Integration is incomplete and doesn't deliver the functionality promised. What do you like best? The roll out of FLEX and their customer support is amazing. What do you dislike? Can sometimes be to complicated and requires more steps and work around than I would prefer. What do you like best? I like the fact that its very easy to use. I recently tried Flex and it was pretty simple to navigate. I love all the flexibility i get with cvent. It is a great tool for small to large scale events. It also helps in calculating ROI. I also like cvent supplier network, as i can send one RFP to multiple hotels and received a proposal in one format so its easier to compare. What do you dislike? Limitation with cvent inquisium tool.
