CVent is a Great Registration Platform...
What do you like best? The seamless flow of data between registration and the CrowdCompass App. What do you dislike? Your onsite Registration doesn't allow color printing without 360 which I don't need for an event my size (250 attendees) so I end up having to get onsite badge printing from another vendor. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The seamless flow of data between registration and the CrowdCompass App.

What do you like best? they have a functional site and helpful staff What do you dislike? some things are very hidden so it's hard to figure out some of the issues alone. What do you like best? I love how far Cvent has come over the last 5 years with their products. Flex is a true game changer and I finally feel like I'm getting the complete package with Cvent. It allows you to have total control over the design, reporting, and details of your event. What do you dislike? Its robust, but kind of clunky. Not sure if there might be a better product.
What do you like best? Managing attendees, OnArrival, event coms What do you dislike? Not easy to edit within event emails or in Classic. Hard to get specific information; reports are good, not great with what they provide. Creating event emails - not all the fields I'd like to embed are available to choose from. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing 100+ events per year

Great product with many offerings
What do you like best? We utilize cVent for registration as well as their CrowdCompass app. The seamless integration between the two platforms has allowed us to ensure no attendee goes missing and allows us to accurately capture all information in our app that the attendee provides during registration. What do you like best? Tools for large events with multiple sessions. What do you dislike? Finally have mobile-friendly formatting with Flex, but the interface is confusing compared to other website builders. Email marketing also needs design improvement. Great Platform for Event Management
What do you like best? It can literally take care of anything... be it the integrations are not native - it can still pretty much do all the things you need. Also-- for a price. What do you like best? Their onsite support staff were a GAME-CHANGER for us in our last 450 person event. She was sooo knowledgable when it came to onsite registrations, lead scanners, updating people's session registrations, etc. Loved Kirstie Montgomery! She was the best. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Registration, different paths, allows you to copy events if you have annual ones. Their help line is the best What do you dislike? Interface, at times the inability to execute an idea (such as a bundle) without difficulty. Web page is not as aesthetically pleasing as something such as a wordpress site.
