Love Cvent Event Management!
What do you like best? The tool is very robust and allows for a lot of customization What do you dislike? There are some limitations in regards to data protection and Cvent occasionally promises features they are not able to deliver What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We streamlined the event registration process as well as provided exceptional internal reporting. The attendee experience is so much better with Cvent.

Essential tool for event management and registration
What do you like best? Cvent is an incredible tool in managing events. It allows you to do everything from start to finish, in one program. You can use Cvent to search for venues, send out RFPS and then contract space. Once you have your venue, you can also manage registration and multiple registration types. Cvent and the cvent team have been GREAT
What do you like best? Customer support, the ease and flow of the back-end of an event, the organization of the internal events. What do you dislike? That there is not a public portal for users to go in and see an account for themselves - there is, but it is very limited to what it can offer and it does not do much along the lines of customization. What do you like best? Cvent is super easy to use and can do everything you'd hope for. So many great features, its great for large events or even small meetings. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Its a very comprehensive SaaS, that can really be the event managers best buddy. Great software - Excellent customer service
What do you like best? Getting started with Cvent was a simple process. Once you learn the way the system works, it's wonderful to work within. Each time I had a thought like "wouldn't it be cool if it did xyz", I found where that feature was. From small events to large conferences, Cvent's suite of products takes a lot of the hard work out of the planning process. What do you dislike? Cvent has made my transition into the industry a smooth one.
What do you like best? Cvent is so user friendly and very easy to navigate. When sourcing to several cities, states, and even countries Cvent is very helpful in the way of keeping everything organized. What do you like best? I love the Kiosk mode for check in. It makes signing folks in so easy. What do you dislike? We connect our Cvent data to Tableau and I wish the data transfer was quicker. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use Cvent if you have events with 100 plus attendees. Lower than that is sometimes more effort than it's worth.
