What do you like best? I like how easy it is to see how many registrants there are, run reports by session and all around easy to use What do you dislike? What do you like best? The customer service and support is amazing! What do you dislike? The only downside is the cost. CVENT is rather expensive but worth the money. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using CVENT has allowed us to easily manage our event registrations, hotel accommodations and event sessions.

Cvent Event Management Review

What do you like best? We are small non-profit - if we didn't have Cvent I wouldn't be able to do all the other event planning functions that are part of my job! What do you dislike? It's not always intuitive to use and since we only have two conferences a year I usually have to brush up on my skills when I got to do an new event. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It saves so much time that it is saving us money as well.

Cvent makes it so easy for me to select venues to host my events

What do you like best? I'm able to eliminate a lot of properties up front, due to the amount of search/sort fields available. This makes the selection process much easier to narrow down. We utilize cVent for registration as well as their CrowdCompass app. The seamless integration between the two platforms has allowed us to ensure no attendee goes missing and allows us to accurately capture all information in our app that the attendee provides during registration.
