What do you like best? Using CVent was a great choice for our events this year. The ease of set up was good but the customer support was terrific. I spent a great deal of time on the phone with service team working through our complicated events. They were all great! What do you dislike? Our events are complicated. Great Support team and lots of design opportunities
What do you like best? I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service experiences I have had. The support team is great and very knowledgeable. In addition, there are great capabilities that the site designer provides for a broad range of aesthetics people are looking to achieve. What do you dislike? Does a lot of things, not all of them well
What do you like best? customer support over the phone has generally been good and prompt. OnArrival has been great What do you dislike? UX is convoluted eg salesforce integration needs to happen in 3 different places, difficult to bulk change things, eg cancellation deadlines, prices, "advanced" editor has outdated CSS. Solid software, great support staff.
What do you like best? We've had great support from our cVent staff. Even though we ran into a few stumbling blocks or limitations with the software, our staff always helped us find a solution or workaround. Great learning/networking opportunities at their local "lunch-and-learn" events. What do you dislike? Some of the software features were non-intuitive. What do you like best? Tools for large events with multiple sessions. What do you dislike? Finally have mobile-friendly formatting with Flex, but the interface is confusing compared to other website builders. Email marketing also needs design improvement. Price is a bit high for what it is. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Faster check-in at our large events.

What do you like best? Registration, different paths, allows you to copy events if you have annual ones. Their help line is the best What do you dislike? Interface, at times the inability to execute an idea (such as a bundle) without difficulty. Web page is not as aesthetically pleasing as something such as a wordpress site. Industry Giant...plus I'll use whatever Marketo uses ;)
What do you like best? Their onsite support staff were a GAME-CHANGER for us in our last 450 person event. She was sooo knowledgable when it came to onsite registrations, lead scanners, updating people's session registrations, etc. Loved Kirstie Montgomery! She was the best. What do you dislike? Great Platform for Event Management
What do you like best? It can literally take care of anything... be it the integrations are not native - it can still pretty much do all the things you need. Also-- for a price. The customer success person we have been assigned has also been extremely helpful. Integrates with salesforce through API which is nice - so all of our systems can work together. What do you dislike? Cvent is great for events
What do you like best? The RSVP list and Cvent on Arrival are great for marking participants. What do you dislike? I don't like that names have to match exactly to those in the contact list even if the email address is correct because it generates a lot of errors. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? What I like best about CVent is how user friendly it is. Tech tours are also helpful in demonstrating on-site solutions. What do you dislike? I dislike that there are some things we would like to do in Cvent that aren't possible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time saving and easier on-site registration/check-in.
