What do you like best? Using CVent was a great choice for our events this year. The ease of set up was good but the customer support was terrific. Great Support team and lots of design opportunities

What do you like best? I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service experiences I have had. The support team is great and very knowledgeable. In addition, there are great capabilities that the site designer provides for a broad range of aesthetics people are looking to achieve. What do you dislike? Does a lot of things, not all of them well

What do you like best? customer support over the phone has generally been good and prompt. OnArrival has been great What do you dislike? UX is convoluted eg salesforce integration needs to happen in 3 different places, difficult to bulk change things, eg cancellation deadlines, prices, "advanced" editor has outdated CSS. A robust and user friendly event planning solution

What do you like best? Cvent is so incredibly adaptive the user's needs. Whether it's a huge event with travel and hotel accommodations or a small event of ten people meeting in a conference room, you can do it in Cvent. Cvent is our go to Meeting Request, RFP, and registration tool.

What do you like best? The most helpful part of Cvent is the endless amount of tools available. I love having all my information in one system. The most comprehensive piece of system is the registration system. I love have 24-hour support available to me as well. What do you dislike?
