Best Industry Tool for Strategic Meetings Management

What do you like best? There are a lot of wonderful things about the Cvent platform for our team, primarily that the meeting/event data entry is now going into a software system instead of just into an Excel document. What do you like best? The platform is very easy to use and it's been very easy to get answers any time I've been stuck. What do you dislike? Haven't really found anything I dislike yet! Cvent makes everything so much easier!

What do you like best? I love the reporting aspect. You are able to customize them and they are quick and easy! What do you dislike? Sometimes the path to get to a function is not always intuitive, you have to click around a couple times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to communicate branded messaging to large groups about our events all over the country. Registration is very simple.

Good software but needs slight improvements

What do you like best? The user friendly interface that cvent provides What do you dislike? Main downside is that the scanners were not synched up so every time we scanned an individual, they were as new. It would be nice to have the scanners synched up next time so we could see if one individual had already completed a particular survey or which ones they have done. Not a complete solution, so far...

What do you like best? The electronic registration via OnArrival. What do you dislike? We do not use the online registration from a link sent by email. We upload our guest lists via excel files. So, that process seemed cumbersome and inefficient. Having to go through multiple windows to update info in order for it to show up at OnArrival. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Electronic, paperless registration at the event.

What do you like best? The support center. If there’s nothing I don’t know how to do, I always have a place to turn to. I like that you can customize each event with the flex feature. You can pick different themes and colors and tailor it to what the event is specified for. I also like that there are different features you can receive as the planner.
