Great Event Management Tool

What do you like best? Ability to compare apples to apples when selecting venues, no other tool out there has provided this for me so easily. I love how easily I can do virtual events for my team. What do you dislike? A little too much information on compare screen What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time to fill out dozens of RFPs, I can do one and send to multiple hotels.

What do you like best? It is very easy to use and functional for all ability levels. What do you dislike? The new flex registration process and event website builder are difficult to understand and I do not believe that it made things easier. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None, I think its an easy system to use overall. I am going to miss the Classic Registration System.

What do you like best? Depending on what solutions you utilize, my favorite part is the integration with CrowdCompass (Cvent's mobile app). The vast majority of the features within Cvent Event Management are quite user friendly which is another perk. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the vast options we have with all the modules we have in our platform. We use almost all their features. What do you dislike? There are a few things like bulk changing and waitlist features that I would like to see revamped, so that we don't have to create work around for these situations. What do you like best? Cvent offers a robust set of capabilities. What do you dislike? The interface (although it has improved greatly over the past couple of years) can still be a bit clunky at times. Recommendations to others considering the product: N/A What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Team efficiencies, being able to quickly and concisely report back to leadership and other stakeholders with valuable event data.

What do you like best? What I like the most about Cvent is its flexibility and ease of use. I find Cvent very user friendly. I also enjoy how Cvent is customizable. What do you like best? Cvent keeps productivity and efficiency high, saving time during the RFP process to secure business where we need it. It also consolidates several steps of our hotel procurement process, limiting the amount of other tools needed to do our job. Great platform to use for any big type of event!

What do you like best? The platform is really helpful when you are trying to measure and capture registration for attendees. It’s very useful when you need to create a variety of name tags to accommodate a huge audience. The customer service is excellent as well. What do you dislike?
