Cvent - An All-In-One Resource for Events!

What do you like best? What I find most helpful about Cvent is the ability to keep all attendee/invitee information in one place. You can transfer in last year's information for recurring events, as well as tracking attendance responses and creating name badges from the list. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Social Tables make it easy for me to visualize the layout of my event because there are venue aspects that are already available, including stage sets, tables, and furniture. Couldn't Plan without It!

What do you like best? The Supplier side of things and being able to issue an RFP to potential venues is incredibly helpful from the get-go. Then the website, ticket purchase ability, and overall event management is super helpful. What do you dislike? Training and getting information took a lot of time. What do you like best? Cvent Tech Tours are a fabulous way to see all their product lines, get questions answered, and have a chance to play with and experiment with the different products! I attended one while at Cvent CONNECT in 2019, in order to see what additional products could be utilized at my company. Cvent is Imperative for all Event Planners

What do you like best? Cvent makes inviting a large number of attendees to an event easier. What do you like best? Ability to seamlessly integrate prevent with on site solutions. Cvent has also helped us be able to pivot from in-person events to virtual events with ease.
