During our meetings, we're able to visualize the room for their event and add detailed requests from the client. At the moment, because of physical restrictions, we would send the URL of the same concept to our client and discuss it over the phone. Cheap, easy to use, great floor plans

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I have been using it since I was a student in events management and it really helped me draw simple floor plans for free. The designs can be saved as pdfs so it is more convenient for sharing. And, you can follow the blog for trendy design ideas. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Great for remote presentations

Adaptable

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that Social Tables is able to take on requests from user feedback and I can see that with their regular software updates. Sometimes they even roll back to bring back items that we loved from the previous version, so this shows that the company is loyal and listens to its users. Great event collab tool

I like that Social Tables is accessible over the cloud, so we can share updates and 3D renderings in real-time because some of our team members, third-party agents, and contacts are located elsewhere. Great product

What do you like best? Very robust, lots of tools. There are a few limitations but mostly works great. It is able for me to easily manage my event. What do you dislike? Cost is the biggest barrier. We don't enter everyone into software to avoid paying fees on people like staff and volunteers. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great for paid events.
