Great Registration!
What do you like best? The ease in registration and user friendliness. I love that all of our event registration information can be stored in one place that anyone in our team can access. This saves a lot of manpower hours in the pre-planning phase of events. Now with Flex we can create beautiful websites without digital and design knowledge. Good tool with many options
What do you like best? I like that Cvent has many options for all types of events. What do you dislike? Can be complicated to use. Takes a lot of training. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good registration and new virtual attendee hub.

Hard to navigate, feels outdated, limited design flexibility
What do you like best? It integrates with Marketing Cloud and has a comprehensive analytics and admin side. It integrated with our accounting system so taking payments through cvent is in compliance with our Corporate. You can create templates for other users which is good for keeping within brand guidelines. It is also far more comprehensive in features than other products like eventbrite. What do you dislike? Flexible but not super user friendly
What do you like best? I like the build your own reports that lets me pull my specific information, I like the ability to create paths for all my reg types. I like the new Flex and what it offers in design and ease of use. I like that you can connect questions throughout the pages so if you change 1 it changes them all What do you dislike? Ok for organzing events
What do you like best? Registration website is very customizable. Great options for venues I would’ve otherwise not known about. What do you dislike? There is a steep learning curve and depending on your industry, can be difficult to adjust. It is pretty costly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to organize executive meetings and events. It cuts down on time doing research and searching for venues.

Cvent was essential for a small team to plan and manage a 4-day national meeting for 850 attendees.
What do you like best? In addition to being a practical solution for venue-sourcing and sending RFPs, I like that from this same platform, you can create, distribute, and manage dynamic registration websites, invitations, inventory, travel reservations, and surveys for large events. The software isn't bad, the sales process could be improved.
What do you like best? The promises made during the sale process. What do you dislike? The main selling feature was integration, the Salesforce Integration doesn't deliver the functionality we required. Great for presentations especially if clients can't come on-site
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The accurate scaling of the rooms/event venues helps clients, especially the doubtful ones, visualize how space would look like in the actual event.
