"CVent Customer Service and Virtual Events Platform"
What do you like best about Cvent? Without a doubt, it would be the customer service! Whenever I have a question, I can either call or use their instant chat feature, and within minutes my questions have been answered. Every person I have ever interacted with is SO NICE. CVent has the best team and they all will work hard to make sure your event is a true success.

What do you like best about Cvent? I can easily find what I'm looking for to create an event, register attendees, manage registrations, send emails, and so much more. The dropdown menus, larger font, and support features make navigating the site easy.

What do you like best about Cvent? Having all the tools to execute a seamless event in one system and the ability to connect it to your CRM is extremely efficient and saves an enormous amount of time while being extremely accurate. If you ever need assistance or have a question, there is always someone available to help.

What do you like best about Cvent? Record keeping/reports, one stop shop for all registration items. The most helpful things in Cvent is the reporting tool that I can use to pull attendee lists, exhibitor lists, keep track of speakers, keep track of who has and hasn't paid, among many other features the reports have, like cross event reports or email tracking reports for my marketing focused colleagues.

What do you like best about Cvent? I love the quick support that Cvent supplies. Their support staff is quick to respond and extremely helpful. I also love the updated format of the event sites, they look much more modern and that helps with our sale to clients to use this software.
