"Long time Cvent user who uses many of their products"
What do you like best about Cvent? Centralized reporting and less manual work for my team to pull information for an event or cross event reporting. We just finished setting up the Cvent Salesforce App integration as well which has made marking event participants an automated process instead of manual and we are looking forward to exploring the integration with ID ME.

What do you like best about Cvent? A - I like the great support and logistics team. I can get help, insights, and answers via chat, via phone, via email and in the Community. Every issue we had was answered in less than 24 hours.
