There are a lot of trainings before you can begin your build on your own and many touch-base meetings scheduled during an already packed schedule. Recommendations to others considering Cvent: N/A What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Having them provide zoom links is very helpful in the event planning process.

It's a lot of manual work at times, and the training material is time-consuming. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Sometimes the platform can run a little slow, but normally isn't a problem. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Creating a seamless registration process. The reporting and information provide definitely makes things easier!

What do you like best about Cvent? Their customer service is amazing! Support gave us a personal number to call and assisted us with anything that we had issues with. They even called to follow up. What do you dislike about Cvent? Sometimes there are issues with the application, but support helps with this upon request. It took a minute to understand the platform, but once they explained everything the actual event process was seamless. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you?
