"Overall Great Exerience"

What do you like best about Cvent? I like all of the options that Cvent has for events. What do you dislike about Cvent? When we do have issues, it is hard to get a straight answer from our POC. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? We can easily have both virtual and live events, and if we need to do a hybrid we can easily do that as well. We are more productive and it streamlines the process.

What do you like best about Cvent? We've had the best experience with Cvent's reporting tools and on-site app for check-in purposes. On Arrival was easy for our check-in teams to use, and the reporting features were in depth enough that making custom reports based on a wide variety of criteria was easy to do. What do you dislike about Cvent? The build-out of the registration process, communication tools, and cumbersome reconciliation process while using CVENT payment services all left much ...

What do you like best about Cvent? There are a lot of different tools and resources to use! It seems like the sky is the limit with so many different options. What do you dislike about Cvent? Sometimes the platform can run a little slow, but normally isn't a problem. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Creating a seamless registration process. The reporting and information provide definitely makes things easier!

What do you like best about Cvent? Their customer service is amazing! Support gave us a personal number to call and assisted us with anything that we had issues with. They even called to follow up. What do you dislike about Cvent? Sometimes there are issues with the application, but support helps with this upon request. What do you like best about Cvent? The platform was very easy to use and the support we received was top notch. What do you dislike about Cvent? It took a minute to understand the platform, but once they explained everything the actual event process was seamless. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? We used the platform to replace a live conference. We were able to keep everyone engaged.
