"Did Not Meet Our Needs"
What do you like best about Cvent? They sent a representative to be onsite for the duration of the event to make sure that everything ran smoothly and to help with any questions. This came in handy a few times. However, it was not anyone we had been working with leading up to the event so they had to be brought up to speed. The ability to email attendees is also convenient. What do you dislike about Cvent? The reporting for website performance as well as data collection is not intuitive and ...

"Event Management Solution"
What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent allows for us to track our meetings through registration as well as collect reporting on all of our events across the platform. What do you dislike about Cvent? The tool is very complex and requires effort and repeat usage to be mastered. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Centralized attendee management, meeting requests and budgets being captured for increased reporting.

"Long time Cvent user who uses many of their products"
What do you like best about Cvent? Centralized reporting and less manual work for my team to pull information for an event or cross event reporting. We just finished setting up the Cvent Salesforce App integration as well which has made marking event participants an automated process instead of manual and we are looking forward to exploring the integration with ID ME. What do you dislike about Cvent? Billing is a bit confusing but thankfully our account team is always available to answer ...

"Complete and seamless platform"
What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent offers tremendous flexibility to customize the event registration and marketing process across our events and programs. It's a comprehensive package that gives us a one-stop shop, rather than using multiple platforms. What do you dislike about Cvent? As the platform evolves, there are times when key features that we use not implemented right away. It'susually worth the wait and we can usually find a work around, but it sometimes is not ...

"A Community of Support that Makes your Job a Joy!"
What do you like best about Cvent? A - I like the great support and logistics team. I can get help, insights, and answers via chat, via phone, via email and in the Community. Every issue we had was answered in less than 24 hours. B - I like providing a great experience for attendees who couldn't travel to our concurrent on-site meeting. What do you dislike about Cvent? The only downside to the experience was learning new nomenclature, but that's entirely personal and nothing to do with the ...

"Great Response Time"
What do you like best about Cvent? I like that the staff for Cvent is helpful and attentive! The response time has been nothing less than impeccable. What do you dislike about Cvent? There is not much of anything at this time that I can say I dislike about the system. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? We can load and house all of our abstracts in one system and easily transfer the data over to the conference platform. This is time-saving.

"CVENT is Great for Coordinating Events"
What do you like best about Cvent? The Security for the platform was excellent. What do you dislike about Cvent? On mobile devices we had to do the verification process numerous times when switching events. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Additional Security. It was a second layer of security to help verify our group of people invited to the events.

"CVent generally has what I need, even when I don't know what I need."
What do you like best about Cvent? CVent has lots of features, many more than you will probably use. I've generally found whenever a new use case appears, CVent usually has already thought of it and has something to handle it. What do you dislike about Cvent? While CVent is Feature rich, I sometimes find that the features are not necessarily feature complete. Some are a bit more rudimentary or don't allow the customiziation I'm expecting to be able to make. In general, they've kept up with ...
