What do you like best about Cvent? I have used Cvent as a hotelier for over 10 years and it is by far the best platform used in the industry. The layout is user-friendly, works in a logical order through the response process, and allows for ample areas of free type for comments/additional information. "Cvent is fantastic! They are the leader of the meeting industry technology!"

What do you like best about Cvent? I love how all their products work together What do you dislike about Cvent? They have great employees and we keep losing reps. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? We just implemented the Virtual Card in North America and now we are setting up the new portal and MRF in the updated system. What do you like best about Cvent? The ability to collect all necessary information during the registration process - and helps collect metrics pre-event. What do you dislike about Cvent? Sometimes hard to navigate the different pages. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to collect pre-event metrics to compare against post-event metrics.

"Amazing platform"

What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent provides it all from custom event registration sites to the amazing reporting. With the Attendee Hub, I can now integrate my hybrid events to my website. What do you dislike about Cvent? Sometime the wait times to speak with Cvent support can be long. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? I can now get a registration site and virtual platform and/or mobile app in one location.

What do you like best about Cvent? The registration process is easy to manage and adapt for each event. Reporting features are great as well. We run many reports to review the success of the event and determine how to make future events better. We use these and surveys for all instances of events we run, and it proves to be beneficial and easy to manage. We also find the financial management aspect of Cvent straight forward.
