Hi here.Yesterday I had an Fully helpful experience cutt.ly.- the response time.It’s says Between 2 to 24 hrs response time. Actually, less than hour I was already served. So, this was great.- the understanding and Diligence What matters the most this time is feedback, understanding and the way responses are given. Prompt Support Service
Prompt response to our queries regarding an issue with the API call. We were unable to figure out how to pass payload to the API but the support team helped us until we were successfully able to make that API call. Documentation could be improved and code samples should be provided for all major languages like java, python, php, node.js etc. The support services can be improved to schedule conference or support calls in which the subscriber can discuss vocally with a support person and ...
