"I love this tool to manage my customers"
What do you like best about CustomerSuccessBox? I am able to manage my tasks. I am also able to set up alerts for my customers. They have recently launched the Artificial Intelligence model, which gives recommendations that helps me to plan my next action with my customers.

What do you like best about CustomerSuccessBox? We can identify power users from the tool. Our definition of power users is the user which uses our software daily. We have automated a process where we sent out advocacy campaigns, case studies etc from CustomerSuccessBox.

"Great tool for proactive portfolio customer management"
What do you like best about CustomerSuccessBox? When I start my day, I get to see the real time health of my customers. Also, I get notified, when customer usage drops. It also helps me to manage my tasks and daily to dos.

"The best tool for Customer Success Team"
What do you like best about CustomerSuccessBox? As Customer Success team grows, it gets difficult to manage and track health of the customers. CSB has helped us a lot in it. We need to just explore and make most out of it.
