What do you like best about Customers.ai? The chat inbox is very useful for our support team both for routing and for generating leads. What do you dislike about Customers.ai? Response can sometimes be a bit hesitant. What problems is Customers.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? We're finally able to integrate a very beneficial chat function.

What do you like best about Customers.ai? Larry Kim is always upgrading the product and services. Plus the training is exceptional. What do you dislike about Customers.ai? I haven't had any technical problems with MobileMonkey. It's my own issue of allocation of training and implementation time. What problems is Customers.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? At this point, I have used it on my Facebook messenger and clients love it.

What do you like best about Customers.ai? Mobile Monkey I think overall offers the best chatbot platform on the internet. From their features to their leadership, everything they have going on is great. If I had to pick absolutely one thing to chose it would be the ease of use of the platform. What do you like best about Customers.ai? It's my only experience of a chatbot builder, but I find MobileMonkey simple to use - I'm not naturally technical. What do you dislike about Customers.ai? On the whole, excellent. I can't figure out why an audio widget hasn't been added yet, though. What problems is Customers.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm enjoying fantastic engagement, but conversion is elusive.

What do you like best about Customers.ai? All other tools I’ve tried tend to be problematic with user interfaces that are not that easy to understand. I found MobileMonkey to be the opposite, and yet also the most versatile of the bunch. It automates your chat, generates leads, does campaigns, and even handles transactions.
