What do you like best about Customer.io? What I really like is the easy it is to design email and to send them via API. This make our developing time shorter and our designer can directly edit our templates. "I've created multiple email flows on the platform and have really enjoyed the ease of use so far."

What do you like best about Customer.io? The ability to build an intricate email flow with many different rules. What do you dislike about Customer.io? The video and visual formatting can be made easier within email flows. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? It segments ceratin members of our community and helps us personalize email flows to each different group.

"Fantastic for setting up trigger-based email nurture campaigns"

What do you like best about Customer.io? The workflow and audience set up is easy. You can create a lot of different paths and take into consideration key activities within your connected product. It's a fun puzzle building campaigns! When things do get tricky their support team is very accessible. What do you dislike about Customer.io? What do you like best about Customer.io? Their support is fast and always solve our issues. We don't need coders to work with APIs, webhooks and Whatsapp What do you dislike about Customer.io? "Good CRM, but needs polish."

What do you like best about Customer.io? I like that I can use it as both a data tool as well as an email CRM. We've been able to create segments of consumers based on our actions/events/messages that we would not have been able to otherwise. What do you dislike about Customer.io? I feel like the "Metric" section in the workflow is slow sometimes. Also, I really wish I could segment a segment instead of having to try another way to find people who overlap two segments.
