"I've created multiple email flows on the platform and have really enjoyed the ease of use so far."

What do you like best about Customer.io? The ability to build an intricate email flow with many different rules. What do you dislike about Customer.io? The video and visual formatting can be made easier within email flows. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Customer.io? I like that I can use it as both a data tool as well as an email CRM. We've been able to create segments of consumers based on our actions/events/messages that we would not have been able to otherwise. What do you dislike about Customer.io? What do you like best about Customer.io? Customer.io seems to always bee one step ahead of me. Whenever I have an idea and am curious if Customer.io is able to support me in completing it, it seems like it always can. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Not much. Sometimes it can be a bit technical, but that is likely my fault more than the platform. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you?
