"Powerful solution but not an inituitive UI/UX for beginners"

What do you like best about Customer.io? Many possibilities for communication with customers from emails to in-app messages. It is easy to personalise everything and integrate customer data for this as well. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Sometimes the complexity is a downside. "I've created multiple email flows on the platform and have really enjoyed the ease of use so far."
