What do you like best about Customer.io? Their support is fast and always solve our issues. We don't need coders to work with APIs, webhooks and Whatsapp What do you dislike about Customer.io? I don't have nothing to complain about CIO What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? We can scale our full business without the need to rely on different platforms

What do you like best about Customer.io? Customer.io seems to always bee one step ahead of me. Whenever I have an idea and am curious if Customer.io is able to support me in completing it, it seems like it always can. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Not much. Sometimes it can be a bit technical, but that is likely my fault more than the platform. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Automation of campagins and broadcasts inside and outside of our platform.

What do you like best about Customer.io? What I really like is the easy it is to design email and to send them via API. This make our developing time shorter and our designer can directly edit our templates.
