"Powerful solution but not an inituitive UI/UX for beginners"
What do you like best about Customer.io? Many possibilities for communication with customers from emails to in-app messages. It is easy to personalise everything and integrate customer data for this as well. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Sometimes the complexity is a downside. With every campaign there is always some sort of unexpected behavior. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy communication flows and campaigns with customers

What do you like best about Customer.io? Customer.io is cabable to do a lot of things that would otherwise need to be custom built. I haven't found any use case which customer.io doesn't solve. What do you like best about Customer.io? Super useful to create flows and trigger based campaigns. It's almost like playing with Legos where once you have enough building blocks set it, the entire flow or campaigns will work like magic.
