"Best mkt. automation & messaging tool I worked with"

What do you like best about Customer.io? In the first place it was very easy to start using it. We made the switch from Hubspot to Customer.io because Hubspot is more designed for sales-led organisations while we focus on product-led as a low-ticket SaaS business.
