What do you like best about Customer.io? I love how developer friendly Customer.io is - their new webhooks feature gives a lot of power and you always get the feeling that the platform is robust and well tested. What do you dislike about Customer.io? I find that it falls a little in-between what we need - it's not quite marketing-centric enough to be our marketing automation tool, and it doesn't have the live chat option of something like Intercom. What do you like best about Customer.io? I like that it is integrated into the chrome browser although I would like the option to use with Firefox or Outlook. What do you dislike about Customer.io? No way to schedule emails for prospects at the moment. Could be beneficial to offer this to users. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Prospecting has been easier but it seems there are several tools like this that offer similar data.

What do you like best about Customer.io? API is fairly simple to post user data, and event data. Email editor is flexible. Team is fairly responsive. What do you dislike about Customer.io? No saved views. Shared objects like Newsletters, Segments, etc between 'Multi-Environments' is problem some. Refresh in interface is a bit slow. Filtering is poor. I love the fact that, as an engineer, I'm not constantly having to build specific product for our growth team, sales teams, customer service team, etc etc. What do you dislike about Customer.io? I love the Ruby API! https://customer.io/docs/api/ruby.html We have some custom events that are not available from the JS snippet, so being able to add our own events through the API has allowed us to set up some awesome drip campaigns through Customer.io.
