What do you like best about Customer.io? - Lightweight and powerful UI - Very fast - Good price - Email Layouts easy to configure - Easy to define goals, workflows, triggers...it's so "smart" What do you dislike about Customer.io? - Very hard to configure unless you are very technical. What do you like best about Customer.io? Not much. It does have the functionality to set up email campaigns, including drip campaigns. And it does have a basic email editor, allowing you to play with the layout of your email. But beyond having the 'basics,' it is not user-friendly and overall not well-organized. What do you like best about Customer.io? It was user friendly and I liked the data reporting. What do you dislike about Customer.io? I didnt use the program long term.
