What do you like best about Customer.io? CIO is so versatile. Setting up new channels, campaigns and broadcasts is easy and the integrations and automation are incredible. What do you dislike about Customer.io? What do you like best about Customer.io? I love customer.io for grouping my audiences together and creating automatic and manual segments. Sending broadcasts is similar to most other mailout platforms I've used, so it's easy to switch to using the platform without too much learning time. What do you dislike about Customer.io? What do you like best about Customer.io? I like the integrations with webhooks and our APIs. They make sense and are reactive and self explanatory. The liquid formatting system for sending content is intuitive and flexible enough for my needs.
