Asides from the above, I love the level of integration which this program has got with third party analytics , automation and billing systems we use at work such as accounting suite, Clearbit, and leadsbridge. I mostly use the broadcast feature which lets me test my email in a smaller sample size before sending it to my larger lists. the analytics are great and the user interface is friendly. It also saves your templates. What do you dislike about Customer.io? When I am writing an email, I always need to insert a piece of js so that the first names of the email list are included.
