What do you like best about Custify? Keeping track of all our KPIs with the help of just one tool is something great. It saves time and makes work and our ability to improve so much easier. If one of our clients is at a risk of churn, we get an alert and the system assigns the task to a team member who can try to fix the issue. What do you like best about Custify? Custify helps our business see what our clients are up to and sends alerts if the health scores drop below the value we set it at. What do you like best about Custify? I like being able to see all of my clients’ info in one place with the customer 360 view. Now, I can easily filter the clients based on whatever criteria I need and I know exactly when they need to upgrade.
