Being more on the product and technical side I really appreciate their straightforward documentation and the possibility to get in touch with their tech team every time we need. "A great solution for enhancing customer satisfaction & increasing upsell rate"
What do you like best about Custify? It is really easy to have a complete overview thanks to the customer 360 view feature. I can help my clients in just a few minutes because I have all of the data available. I can see anything from payment history to their feature usage. Having access to all of the info allows me to do quick segmentation and reporting. What do you dislike about Custify? Custify on mobile is… difficult to say the least. What do you like best about Custify? Custify is one of those software that works great for everyone and keeps the whole team happy. My team is more proactive now. What do you like best about Custify? This is the perfect tool for any Customer Success Manager. I can set the health scores per segment or price plan, and I get our customers' feel in no time. If the health scores drop, Custify sends an alert with a task to the right person to solve the issue. What do you dislike about Custify? What do you like best about Custify? - The focus is on CS activity and everything related, rather than trying to please everything in one. What do you like best about Custify? 99% of the time when I open Custify, I use the customer 360 view, and it has saved me a lot of time. No more going back and forth conversations with clients. I can see every bit of relevant information, and it helps a lot. "We've streamlined operations with Custify while switching to remote work"
What do you like best about Custify? This is such an easy tool to use. It’s incredibly intuitive and it feels as if it was built for our department when in fact, it wasn’t.
