What do you like best about Culture Amp? Culture Amp is easy to use and can be used for projects small and large. It allows our team to collect unbiased feedback very easily. Each participant receives their own link so they can submit anonymous feedback without the survey designer knowing.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? As an admin, the software allows you to set demographics and view the reporting in the platform accordingly. Reports can be branded, exported as csv, ppt, pdf, etc - which can save you a ton of time in preparing to present to senior management. "As a CEO, it's a great way to take action for my company"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? I love that people aren't complaining for the sake of complaining -- people are sharing exactly what they don't like, and it's even by team / tenure / etc... I can quickly figure out which teams need help in which areas, and then put action plans against it. I love that!

What do you like best? Culture Amp is an amazing tool that allows you to write candid reviews and provide feedback to your peers. Whether anonymous or not, it is a great way to let your coworkers know how they can improve and what they do well. It's fast and easy to use and for that, I enjoy using this application for my quarterly reviews.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? There are so many things I love about Culture Amp! Although the tool is very self-service, they have an incredible support staff (who I use often) and a help article or blog post for any question I have. I love how easy it is to set up surveys and the various ways I can analyze the data I receive (especially through the heat map and new comment analysis feature).
