What do you like best about Culture Amp? Culture Amp is an excellent resource for taking inventory of your employee's engagement. The survey tools and data are best in class. The icing on the cake is the survey analytics. It gives you multiple options to consider feedback and data from all angles.

"Employee Engagement Survey Platform"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? I enjoy how easy this program is to deploy to multiple business units and thousands of employees. It is also very easy to work with the Culture Amp team to add your own questions in addition to standard EE questions already placed in the survey and used by thousands of companies.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Culture Amp is incredibly user friendly. We implemented the Performance module in the last six months after having the survey module for a couple of years. We rolled out our first performance cycle with hardly any hiccups. Culture Amp support is always incredibly helpful, always willing to answer questions or escalate problems to the engineering team if needed. What do you like best about Culture Amp? I like the survey templates. There is a variety to choose from and the process behind the question definition is thorough and brings valuable insight from our employees. And when Covid hit, they quickly added surveys to address that ever-changing landscape.
