What do you like best about Culture Amp? The Culture Amp support team is the best I have ever experienced. Their Academy articles and walkthroughs are very comprehensive, but sometimes you just need a quick answer to a question that you'd rather ask somebody. I've reached out with technical questions and general HR guidance questions and they've always been responsive and incredibly helpful. "We love CultureAmp!"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? I really love how behavioral science is integrated with the platform. It's user-friendly and I haven't had issues with my coworkers adopting the platform. I've received great feedback from our managers about the one-on-one format. I'm also a huge fan of their partnership with LifeLabs Learning, the skills coach feature is great.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I love the skills coach, and public praise wall along with the PDR process. The skills coach has been great in giving informal training on how to be a better and ultimately more productive employee.

"Culture Amp helps me grow"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? Learning: I use the "Skill coach" tool a lot. It has great integration with Salck and sends me one skill tip/excercise every morning. It takes me around 3 mins to finish it. I feel refreshed on some tips and learn some new things. Very happy about it!

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Me gusta que podemos registrar la retroalimentación que damos al equipo, que ahí podemos tener los objetivos del departamento y que además tenemos acceso a conocimiento como los cursos de Skill Coach. Es decir en la misma plataforma tener todo eso y entender fácilmente cómo darle seguimiento pues es muy intuitiva.
