What do you like best about Culture Amp? I find the 360 feedback very useful, Specially when I can ask for feedback at anytime in the year not only at Review Time. I love being able to give and receive candid feedback when asked or asking directly without managers being privy to it.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I like that I can scroll through all of my previous one-on-one's with my manager, which allows me to show my progress week on week. It's also nice to be able to go back and look at the highlights that I have had throughout the year. I like that it is easy to use, and helps me to keep track of my movements every week, ie. travel locally and regionally, who I saw on these visits, and what the highlights of my travel trips were.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Culture Amp is a useful platform in the workplace and easily usable. I use the platform 1-2 times a month to receive feedback from my colleagues. I have never needed support.
