What do you like best about Culture Amp? I've found the 1-1 questions have been for opening up meaningful conversations. In terms of my personal development, I've got a lot of value from the 2 minute daily skills coaching courses.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? The tool is very user-friendly and intuitive to use. Culture Amp also offers a robust library of just-in-time training videos and tutorials, which make it easy to quickly find what you need. The included survey templates provide scientifically-backed questions and the robust reporting and analytics make it easy to identify what your organization is doing well and how it can improve.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? My favorite part of Culture Amp is how easy it is to create, distribute, and analyze surveys. As someone who has used various survey platforms, I'm always impressed with how easy everything feels on Culture Amp. From the I/O-researched survey templates to the Support chat, every piece of the platform is seamless.

"Development Skills for All Levels"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? I love that these developmental lessons can be used at multiple levels in our company- we are able to give great refreshers for our seasoned leaders and excellent introduction skills for those just starting their journey. The pacing feels great and the daily reminders are key to keeping that consistency and focus on the lessons at hand.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I got a lot out of the courses, especially the Resilience course. I love the course session reminders integration in Slack, so I make sure to complete it.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? It's a simplified HUB where I can review my manager's feedback and, at the same time, sign up for quick courses to improve different skills. Their content is digestible and very engaging.
