What do you like best about Culture Amp? I love the 1-2-1 functionality. It allows me to schedule regular 1-2-1s with my team members and then add items to the agenda throughout the week as they arise. The team member can also add any items that they want to discuss and we then both have a record of our conversation and any agreed actions.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I love the ease of using the tool. It is simple for managers and their teams to communicate and stay on track. I love how it not only allows you to add topics to discuss but also focuses on general well-being as well.
