"A review for Culture Amp in a SME Organization"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? Been using Culture Amp for almost a year, mainly for the performance feature. The platform provides comprehensive features for doing 1-on-1, giving feedback to people in the organization in the most convenient way, goal setting from the organizational level to individuals, and the performance review features that Admin can set up prior to the date with self-reflections, peers, manager, even upward review.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? The 1-on-1 tool helps both the manager and direct report navigate those meetings. The Feedback tool helps manage the Annual Performance Reviews of multiple co-workers.

"Effective way of communication"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? Culture Amp has minutes /notes from previous meetings, which helps catch up better. What I like most is that I don't need to save it somewhere and search for it during the meeting, as 1-on-1 s are recurring; this is an excellent way of keeping cool at the meetings.
