"A great tool to keep track of your progress at your workplace."
What do you like best about Culture Amp? I think one of the main reasons I like it is its easy use. My company has taken up CultureAmp since 2021, and we've used it as a platform for personal growth and office-wide surveys. You can keep track of your growth and progress and compare it to your previous months and quarters, which helps me see how much I've grown as a professional. Also, its Slack integration is a big advantage!

What do you like best about Culture Amp? This tool is so smart! Culture amp is not a clunky/slow system! It's smooth, fast, and makes my job so much easier! I've also learned a ton through the skills coach & various articles. Culture Amp has made me a better HR professional.

"Culture amp is great for promoting a culture of recognition"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? So far the best feature has been the shoutouts feature. We have implemented this feature into our slack this year in order to promote a culture of recognition and appreciation. It makes giving shout outs easy! Recently they added the ability to pick company values where applicable.
