What do you like best about Culture Amp? I like that you can get help via chat in real-time, the intuitive nature of the platform once set up, and the many functions they are continuing to develop. I especially like the new "Develop" add-on for structuring an employee-led mentoring program.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Pre-constructed fields for 1:1 meetings, so the employee always knows what to fill in before the meeting, the manager can contribute agenda items as well, and it's always clear what needs to be discussed.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? The topics they choose for the courses, I like the fact the you can learn about: productivity, feedback,people development. Also knowing you can't do more than one at a time so you don't get overwhelmed with information.
