"Easy to use self guided tool for managers of large teams"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? The prompts and inbujilt content that can help guide the managers through the review cycles and what to include in the topics for duscussion and feedback. Competitor platform are not as intuitive as this interface.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? The best thing about culture amp is its simplicity. It makes providing and collecting feedbacks very easy. The mail and Slack integration are also good, reminding me to provide feedback.

I experienced thinking about many things when answering the self-reflection, which made me realize how far you have gone since the time you rated yourself.
