What do you like best about Culture Amp? Being able to build a skill takes focus and practice. With Skills Coach, you do one course at a time, and its broken into small daily steps. It gave me a chance to absorb and practise the skill before the next activity that is automatically sent.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? So I'm not a huge fan of HR processes that force me to complete documents to satisfy their reporting tools. But Culture Amp puts all those requirements in one place. It helps me to capture feedback from peers, set goals and best of all stops HR pestering me!
