What do you like best about Culture Amp? The options to do both anonymous as well as named surveys related to company culture and policies. I also really love that we can request feedback from our coworkers by just using a simple drop-down menu.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I like the easeness and structured view for keeping tabs with employees for our 1:1's. It helps both me and the employee to remember to fill in the form before we have our 1:1. It has proven to make our meetings more efficient and enjoyable.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? What I like the most is having the ability to set goals and track my progress. From a Company perspective, having mid and end of year Reviews down in CultureAmp is a really agile & efficient way of having all stakeholders involved in the processes!
