"Great Culture Amp experience"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? I love how easy culture amp is to review old notes, especially my 1-on-1s with my supervisor. It is nice to go back to what we talked about and have ready to update for our next meeting. It is easy to take notes during our meeting, as well as for my supervisor to have an idea about how im doing generally (work and life)

What do you like best about Culture Amp? It's so easy to use, and the regular email reminders about milestones make keeping track of my direct reports and their career progress easy.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I love the Goal and Action Plan. Allowing me to set individual goals and track and manage my progress. It also allows my manager to view my goals and provide support.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? The ease of use and collaborative functions of Culture Amp are definitely its strongest positives. Being able to viusalise someone's development and goals throughout a set period of time also helps with future planning and priorities ordering.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? It is very easy to show your overall condition as an employee and it really helps to focus on the main issues between you and your manager. You can also follow up your monthly overall background. In addition, you can have really good trainings for your self development.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Its simplicity to follow, the slider to allow catcher of mood/performance is really good. Great way of collating 1 2 1's to ensure continuity and to keep track of an individuals performance.
