What do you like best about Culture Amp? Culture amp is a great service that provides so much benefit to all aspects of the people cycle. It's a really easy to use platform where I can build surveys, customise them, and so many analytical tools where I can easily see my results from 121 and ability to add all my objectives.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? It is very easy to set up 1x1s and review items discussed in previous meeting. When creating performance reviews all records of feedback, 1x1 items and selfrelefctios are available in a side pop up menu so I don't have to navigate multiple tabs and windows. I love how I can request feedback from team members to impove SOPs and internal trainings provided to team.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Culture amp allows me to view and monitor my team from a distance. I am able to keep a log on the 1-1's as well as my team which allows me to easily see updates. the Development log also alows me to see the updates they are making to their own progression. "A great peer and self review platform"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? My favourite feature is the opportunity to send and receive peer feedback, that is structured with the option of provinding skills based feedback, or using the text box to offer something that's a bit more personalised. It's a great way to compile feedback to use as part of CPD planning, goal-setting for the oncoming year, and reflecting on the previous year during annual reviews.

"Wonderful and seamless"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? The interface is user-friendly and attractive. The app is absolutely brilliant in its operation, applicability, and overall experience. It does not glitch or cause a headache as other apps would when using it. I have never experienced any form of technical malfunction and would definitely recommend the application for every business.,
