"Centralise performance, development as well as visions/values under one roof"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? Everything is in the same place - we've used different tools previously. Everything was spread out - reviews in one place, training/education/improvement in multiple places, comany, team and individual goals spread out or just not visible. All is now together in one easy to find place - everyone can access and everyone can have input.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Getting feedbacks from superiors helps a lot in improving ones self. It creates a bridge and healthy communication among colleagues and management. It gives an overview of how our managers see us, both positive and negative.

"A great way to facilitate internal feedback"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? It's easy to use and it features different sections equally useful for sharing feedback. It enables a more insightful and complete conversation with our manager(s) that will now include not only the reciprocal feedback between workers and their managers, but also inputs from other people as well as tracked goals and self reflections.

"Really good for progress reviews, and requesting feedback from peers"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? The sliders that indicate e.g. how you are feeling about work, growth etc, for the check-ins. And the ability to request feedback from my peers.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? The functionality to add goals, and be able to use progress sliders to track the progress of these. Also the ability to record 1 to 1's to be able to refer back too in future to check against progress.
