What do you like best? I like the simplicity of the use of the system yet it gives excellent insight. What do you dislike? Sometimes there can be a slight delay between an action and the system being updated, however this only takes a short while. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helping to keep track of everything that is going on in one place. It helps to keep you focussed on the task at hand and limits getting distracted.
