What do you like best about Crystal? I love the insights that Crystal provides. As a Sales Development Rep, I am constantly looking for ways to personalize messaging to prospects I am reaching out to. The way that Crystal compiles information and recommends a style of messaging has helped improve response rates when cold emailing.

What do you like best about Crystal? I started out with their free plan. But it only had 9 credits so I cold emailed their Head of Growth, Luke who was generous enough to give me 75 extra credits.
