What do you like best about Crystal? What I like most about Crystal Knows is the fact that I can better understand the social and professional behavior of the person with whom I want to establish a business relationship and be more assertive with the message I want to present. Knowing what the personality tendency is, I can tailor my presentation to the target person's behavioral profile, increasing my chances of having the message accepted and sparking engagement with what is proposed.
