Excellent product, excellent customer service - Jon helped me out back and forth multiple times over several days to help me solve a problem and answer questions about crypto taxes in general. The instructions for the exchanges are easy to follow to upload your transactions and new data is easy to sync. The report runs promptly and you can redo it whenever new transactions happen. However, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the CryptoTrader customer service is excellent. Real bad package !! not worth a dime. reports are wrong.

If you take their reports as is without checking you might pay a hefty tax, I found huge errors , totally wrong end year report and some transactions not being able to be imported. I'm an Accountant and run my own register on every movement , and I can tell this software is useless. this is pretty awful !! I'm amazed to see 5 stars reviews all across.... something fishy ...
