A very good experience over all

As I was completely unfamiliar with the process, I was helped through it by Aimee at support, who patiently answered a long string of questions over Christmas day! So yes, there are still some compatibility issues as with any new tech - but this is the case with all Crypto tax report companies as far as I know. Getting around any technical teething problem as we speak, and doing so with that kind of patient support is a huge help!

CryptoTrader.Tax made the tax filing process simple and easy to understand. I ran into an issue and contacted support. They responded to my inquiry the same day to help me with my issue. That is impressive! I had previously been ignored by the support team cointracker.io so I decided not to use them. If you are not sure about how to file your crypto taxes this website makes the process painless. If I could give more than five stars I would. Highly recommended!

Cannot import Coinbase Wallet and I have not recieved my refund and it has been over 10 days!!!

I uploaded my cvs file and it said I only had 82 transactions. When I looked at the report it did not process all of them so I did the API method and then it said 210 transactions and wanted another 45 dollars. So I paid again so a total of 90 bucks. I then tried to import my coinbase wallet and I couldnt figure out how to do it. So i contacted support. Jon Tan Replied and said that it was not supported at this time and that I could do it manually. I told him that Im not gonna do it ...

The absolute best for crypto tax prep

Best product out there and makes tax time much easier to deal with. Support is also awesome and very fast with their responses, Aimee is the best!!
